The Senior Associate, Corporate Administration is responsible for providing high-level administrative and managerial support, ensuring seamless operations within the corporate office, and overseeing the administrative department’s functions. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the management team and is anticipated to be the primary successor for leadership, contributing to the organization's long-term stability and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Manager / Director in overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to optimize office operations and support organizational goals.
- Oversee facility management, vendor relations, and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, including organizational development, business continuity planning, and operational improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Lead and mentor junior administrative staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Position oneself as the main successor for the campus office leadership, demonstrating readiness to take on higher responsibilities.
