Job descriptionA degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Proven expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience in translating data into actionable insights and strategies. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively. Competitive salary of MYR 180,000 to MYR 240,000 annually. Attractive benefits, including a 3-month performance bonus and a 15% EPF contribution. Supportive and collaborative work environment in Kuala Lumpur. Exposure to advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the analytics team to deliver actionable insights for business improvement.
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to enhance decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate business outcomes.
- Lead the adoption of advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
- Prepare and present high-level reports to senior management.
