Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the automotive or business management industry. Proven experience in marketing and resource management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools (Power BI). Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels. Independent, self‑motivated, and resilient in facing challenges. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strategic thinker with a broad understanding of nationwide operational needs. Analytical skills to interpret complex data and prepare management‑level presentations. Familiarity with regulatory standards and technical specifications. Willing to travel as required. Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of ISO 9001? Resource Management & Operational Support
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the After Sales organizational chart.
- Plan and optimize manpower allocation.
- Manage training programs and development initiatives.
- Drive performance and talent management processes.
- Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) : AMP Planning, Mid‑Year Review, Year‑End Review.
- Monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX related to resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (SHEMS).
- Support and monitor Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) initiatives.
- Participate in company‑wide projects such as Record Management and Profitability Improvement.
- Lead or support special projects as assigned by management.
