Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
• Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
• Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.
