Job Description :

• Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Onboarding & Orientation : Design and conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
• Policy & Compliance : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws.
• Payroll & Benefits : Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory submissions.
• Performance Management : Oversee KPI setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
• Training & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning programs.
• Employee Relations : Mediate disputes, resolve grievances, and maintain workplace harmony.
• Legal & Industrial Relations : Ensure compliance with labor laws and prepare for audits.
• HRIS & Data Management : Maintain accurate HR data and generate management reports.
• Leave & Attendance : Track attendance, leave records, and ensure policy compliance.
• Exit Management : Manage offboarding, final settlements, and exit interviews.
• Workforce Planning : Support succession planning and organizational development.
• Employee Engagement : Plan wellness, team-building, and recognition initiatives.
• HR Analytics : Analyze HR metrics and report insights to management.
• Internal Communication : Promote transparent communication and feedback.
• Health & Safety : Support compliance with safety standards and wellness programs.
• Diversity & Inclusion : Encourage equitable and inclusive workplace practices.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external partners and service providers.
• HR Budgeting : Assist in budgeting and monitor HR cost optimization.
• Accreditation Support : Provide HR data for audits and institutional reviews.
