Role Description
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This role is ideal for a professional who is ambitious, adaptable, detail‑oriented and confident working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative in Johor, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Representative, the candidate will serve as a point of contact between our customers and the company, managing customer enquiries and complaints, overseeing order processing, preparing quotations and coordinating with both internal departments and third‑party providers to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also supports the daily operations of the Customer Service team to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
