Job Overview

Performs maintenance services and repairs for the facility in a corporate or manufacturing site or facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Maintenance

Oversee and maintain facility systems including HVAC, air compressors, air dryers, sewage treatment systems, and general building infrastructure.

Perform maintenance and servicing of cooling towers and split unit air conditioners.

Manage facility installation projects, expansions, and upgrades aligned with production requirements.

Enforce adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure facility operations support manufacturing goals.

Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting activities, and facility reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

HVAC systems

What Your Background Should Look Like

Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
