Join Swift\'s Central Planning and Coordination (CPC) where you will be responsible for managing IT changes that are deployed in the Swift live environments (which include both Production and Enterprise).

Role

The Senior Change Planning Coordinator-IT is a key role within Production Operations division. It is high visibility and comes with an opportunity to interact and collaborate with a wide range of internal Swift teams. As part of the team, you will drive the oversight and governance of the change process, supporting other teams on change planning and advising on dependencies on their changes. You will lead various change planning meetings including the CAB (Change Advisory Board) on a rotational basis within the CPC team. You will prepare and seek the necessary approvals for any DN provisioning request and maintenance windows. You will provide occasional project support to facilitate the scheduling of activities needed to complete the project. You will support the deployment process by provide oversight, governance and follow up on any open action items for an assigned domain.

Technical Skills and Abilities :

• 5-10 experience in an IT environment.
• Strong attention to details to maintain planning documentation.
• Experience in a coordination or project management role.
