Wolta Enterprise Sdn Bhd specializes in Consultation, Distribution, and Customization of LED Lighting. As the brand owner of Glühen and Liden, we aim to provide LED lighting solutions that significantly reduce energy consumption and help customers achieve sustainability goals. Our products are suitable for factories, warehouses, sports centers, stadiums, billboards, signages, high masts, constructions, ports, and compound lighting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role involves identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, and creating strategies to achieve business growth.

Qualifications

• Only applicable for Malaysia Citizen
• Minimum 1 to 3 year sales experience in B2B sales. Experience in the LED lighting industry is a plus
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for customer service & long-term relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow up skill, good analytical and problem solving skill, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
• Proficient in CRM & Sales Tools
• Possess own transport; willing to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Competitive Base Salary and Uncapped Commission
