Job Description

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth in the FMCG sector.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both the company and clients.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all account management activities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

A strong background in sales and account management, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

The ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving to achieve business goals.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
