Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher (KS3) to join our Secondary School team. The successful candidate will inspire students to explore music creatively and confidently, fostering their appreciation and understanding of the subject.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective and engaging Music lessons (KS3) aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Plan and deliver structured lessons that promote creativity, musical skills, and performance.
• Assess students’ progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, and record results accurately in the school system.
• Undertake homeroom teacher duties, including student attendance, well-being, and pastoral care.
• Participate in and supervise school activities, events, assemblies, and competitions as assigned.
• Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school discipline policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and Heads of Department (HODs) to enhance curriculum quality and student performance.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and development.
