Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to vegetable and orchard growers.
- Diagnose agronomic issues related to nutrition, soil health, pest, and disease.
- Recommend appropriate fertilizer, bio-stimulant, and bio-fertilizer programs.
- Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance.
- Deliver grower training, field days, and technical presentations.
- Collect field data and report market insights to the team.
