Job Description (Responsibilities)

Design and develop core backend components and foundational systems for online games.
Implement and optimize gameplay logic and backend services to support game features.
Enhance and optimize the performance of the Unreal Engine Dedicated Server to ensure scalability and stability.

Job Requirements (Qualifications)

Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technologies or higher qualifications.

At least 1 year of experience in game development or related backend development.

Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.

Familiarity with Unreal Engine and server‑side development is a plus.

Passion for game technology, performance optimization, and large‑scale multiplayer systems.

Experience with network programming, game server architecture, or real‑time systems.

Equipped with the knowledge of Linux environments, multithreading, or distributed systems.

Good communication in both English & Mandarin (Chinese) languages, coordination, and teamwork skills as this position works in a globally distributed team.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with gameplay and engine teams.
