Job descriptionReceiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes. Submitting weekly / monthly report accordingly to Sales / Senior Manager Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Ensure all purchase orders are accurate. Any other duties assigned to you from time to time Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided) 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing field is added advantage. Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous. Good negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
