ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation Business area provides robotics, and machine and factory automation including products, software, solutions and services. Revenues are generated both from direct sales to end users as well as from indirect sales mainly through system integrators and machine builders. Role : Service Sales Support Specialist.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of applied products and technology.
• Determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
• Perform lost proposal analysis, identify potential causes, and recommend future actions.
• Support the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare technical / commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business / feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• Define cost for the proposed solution and communicate it to the Sales organization.
