Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and resilient HR Operations Manager to lead our HR Operations Team. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in Industrial and Employee Relations (IR / ER) — capable of managing complex cases, maintaining industrial harmony, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

You’ll also oversee core HR operations functions such as payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR systems to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant HR service delivery across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the HR Operations Team to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR services.
• Take ownership of Industrial & Employee Relations (IR / ER) matters — including disciplinary management, grievances, domestic inquiries, and performance issues.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Malaysian labour law , ensuring the organization operates within statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Advise and coach leaders on appropriate handling of complex employee and workplace issues.
• Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture through fair and consistent HR practices.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, HR systems (e.g., SAP HR) , and HR process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align operational excellence with organizational goals.
• Manage HR operational budgets and service levels to ensure consistent performance and cost efficiency.
