Advising customers following our consulting code, maintaining the order and image of the product.

What you will do

• Advising Customers Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, identifying their needs, offering tailored advice, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Uses strong product knowledge to handle objections and close sales while building customer loyalty.
• Maintaining Store Image Keeps the store organized and visually appealing according to company standards. Supports visual merchandising updates and ensures new items are displayed correctly.
• Product Handling and Replenishment Assists in receiving, unpacking, and displaying products. Regularly replenishes stock and maintains proper organization in the stockroom.
• Maintaining Corporate Image Adheres to the Brand Lifestyle Guide and maintains a neat, professional appearance in full uniform.
• Technology Use Effectively uses store systems and RFID technology to locate, track, and manage products efficiently.
