As an Associate Director / Director at BTS, you will work directly with leaders from some of the world’s leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will be shaping the leadership capabilities of their senior management.

What you’ll do :

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver custom experiential learning solutions for leadership, strategy, finance, and innovation.
• Manage and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional projects and cross-selling BTS solutions.
• Grow local / regional revenues in Southeast Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients.
• Facilitate senior-level workshops for regional and global clients.
• Collaborate across BTS practices and regions to bring the best thinking to our clients.
• Be a subject matter expert in leadership and management solutions.
• This person will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.
