About the Role
We are representing a leading hyperscale data centre developer seeking an experienced Project Manager (CSA) to lead large-scale construction projects. You will oversee all civil, structural, and architectural works, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
- Oversee civil, structural, and architectural works to meet standards and codes.
- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports.
- Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and designs.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Drive construction, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.
