CLINIC ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• To handle all of the appointments, registration, and billing of patients via the clinical information system.
• Perform diagnostic procedures that are assigned and handle all procedure requests by the clinical information system.
• Respond and assist the team during clinical emergency (medical and non-medical).
• Provide health education to patient when needed.
• Report directly to doctor for any life-threatening abnormalities.
• Ensure all the equipment is well-maintained.
• Prepare and compile medical reports for any medical check-up purposes. Ensure all the related documents are well recorded and filled.
• Monitor medical supplies, place orders, manage office supplies inventory, ensure items are restocked and properly managed as required.
• To ensure all necessary forms which are required by the company are given and completed by the patient as proof that the patient has been to TTMC premises.
• Cash handling and handover for banking on coming working days.
• Ensure security and privacy of patient information.
• Dispatch reports to the company by courier service, registered post or direct handover.
• Attend internal and external training assigned by the management.
• Any other task assigned by management.
