Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance. Review management accounts for yearly audit and tax estimation.
• Prepare and review financial reports.
• Provide monthly / quarterly / annual management reports regarding underlying performance of the business, leading indicators and key metrics.
• Prepare, analyse, review and present monthly financial report to Management.
• Prepare key financial information for presentation to monthly Group CEO management meeting.
• Check and review annual budget, prepare cash flow projection and budget reports as required by Group Finance.
• Ensure timely preparation of relevant financial budget and forecasting. Maintain proper analysis and highlight key variances between actual vs budget.
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and company guidelines.
• Review and recommend enhancements to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.
• Ensure proper and accuracy of vehicle and accessories costing, stock quantities, chassis and value records, maintain proper reconciliation and reliable records.
• Understand, monitor and ensure legislative / company tax compliance, Companies Act and other statutory requirements across all business.
• Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members' growth and productivity.
• Perform and complete all additional / ad-hoc tasks assigned by management team.
