Job descriptionSupport internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and records. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and expenditure control. Manage and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). Ensure all payment transactions are accurate, timely, and properly documented. Track outstanding receivables and liaise with departments to ensure prompt collection. Maintain accurate and organized financial documents, including invoices, vouchers, and receipts. Keep financial data confidential and ensure records are properly archived. Utilize accounting software for efficient and standardized data entry and reporting. Marital Status : No restriction Education : Bachelor’s degree or above (Diploma holders with solid experience will be considered) Major : Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferred Language : Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (for daily communication) Experience : At least 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company preferred Familiar with Malaysia’s accounting, finance, and tax regulations Solid knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations Familiar with Malaysian accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or similar) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure Strong communication and coordination skills Member of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) Experience in handling full set of accounts for manufacturing or trading companies Knowledge of corporate tax computation and SST filing Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for cross-border communication Work with a growing Chinese industrial group expanding in Malaysia Opportunity to be involved in cross-border financial operations Career development and training opportunities provided Attractive salary package and benefits Supportive multicultural work environment Note : Some sections include cross-border and language requirements; verify applicability to the role during screening.

Responsible for daily accounting entries, maintaining general ledgers, verifying accounting documents, preparing and recording journal vouchers, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring all transactions are accurately entered. Conduct monthly and yearly closing of accounts on time. Prepare and review accounting statements and reports for management. Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure all reports comply with accounting standards and internal company policies.

- Calculate and review tax-related matters, including SST, income tax, and withholding tax.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and other government-related financial documents accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s financial, tax, and legal regulations.
