Job Responsibilities : - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear.- Explain product features, promotions, and pricing to customers.- Handle sales transactions including order processing, payments, and receipts.- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.- Achieve individual and team sales targets.- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports when required.- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations.Job Requirements : - Malaysian citizen only.- Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent).- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.- Entitled to 2 rest days on weekdays.- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and disciplined.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.- Experience in retail / customer service / sa
