Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok. This role will focus on digital marketing, partnerships, event promotions, and brand engagement, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the brands’ overall objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

THE JOBSCOPE

Develop and execute creative content strategies for Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok.

Produce, edit, and publish short-form videos, photos, and copywriting optimized for each platform.

Research and apply the latest trends, hashtags, and challenges to boost visibility.

Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build strong online communities.

Collaborate with influencers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to expand reach.

Track audience insights and adapt strategies to increase followers and engagement.

Monitor platform analytics to measure content performance and campaign success.

Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with brand objectives.

Support integrated marketing campaigns by leveraging Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok content.

Ensure all content reflects brand voice, style, and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in

Mandarin & English

(to create / translate content effectively).

Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut / Canva / Photoshop or similar).

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
