Job descriptionCarry out repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure uninterrupted production and continuous quality improvements. Assist in monitoring and performing daily maintenance to reduce machinery downtime. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow all Operating Procedures and safety practices in all production areas, including work and repair shops. Ensure all personnel wear PPE as required. Support and participate in FSSC 22000 activities to ensure compliance. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Welding, Industrial, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication / Tool & Die / Welding) or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with structural steel fitting skills. Fresh graduates with a degree in Mechanical Maintenance or related Engineering fields are welcome to apply. Experience in facility and maintenance environment preferred. Positive attitude with leadership qualities to manage project execution.
