Job descriptionDegree in any discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product development and regulatory reporting. Candidate with less than 6 years of working experience may be considered for a more junior role. Possess in-depth knowledge of the industry including SC and EPF guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines. Detailed and meticulous.

Job Responsibilities :
- To stay informed on the laws governing the unit trust industry.
- To conduct research on new funds and distribution channels (both in the domestic and overseas markets).
- To undertake regulatory reporting, preparation of prospectuses, product highlight sheets and fund related submissions according to the Securities Commission (SC) requirements.
- To ensure timely preparation, registration and lodgement of funds’ prospectuses, deeds and product highlight sheets.
- To review website postings and initiate updates on relevant sections with a view to compliance.
- To provide fund information support to frontliners when required.
