We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager / Head, Human Capital & Administration to lead and drive our HR agenda. This is a key leadership role for a highly motivated individual with a strong grasp of HR best practices, employment law, and talent strategy. Scope of Role :

• To be a part of senior management for strategy and planning, for organizational development through leadership, change management and setting the PhillipCapital values, professionalism and culture into the system.
• To provide a structure to the Human Resource of PhillipCapital through resource planning, performance management, training and development.
• To oversee the smooth and efficient running of the administrative services within PhillipCapital (HR, travel and administrative staff), prepare the annual Work Plan, budget estimates to the Chief Executive Officer / Board of Directors (CEO / BoDs).
• This position would also require to travel on field from time to time as per need arises.
