Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend suitable products. Develop customer relationships both in-store and online. Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports. Encourage loyalty card subscriptions to enhance customer information. To Decathlon Malaysia Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store. Increase sales using resources and commercial tools. Arrange store layout according to guidelines. Create high-quality store displays based on Customer Satisfaction principles. Maintain store layout and stock accuracy using the replenishment system. For Safety of People and Goods Know and follow fire safety and evacuation procedures. Development and Skills
