Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in multinational companies, with exposure to fund management, accounting, and reporting. Strong knowledge of local DRC accounting regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS). Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Proficient in English or French (either can be used as the working language); Chinese language skills are a plus. Ability to work on a 9-week on-site / 3-week off rotation in DRC. Experience in cross-border financing or multinational operations. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.

- Manage company cash flow, funding, and financing activities, ensuring efficient capital utilization.
- Oversee accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis, monitor key financial indicators, and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
