About the opportunity

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partner accounts, which includes :

• Selling confidently over the phone.
• Managing and increasing revenue for each account.
• Providing operational support as needed.
• Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with Foodpanda’s standards.
• Achieving daily productivity targets in calls and sales.
• Ensuring accuracy in documentation, partner approvals, and system processing.
• Handling objections effectively, persuading and creating urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving proactively to align solutions with company offerings.
