Job descriptionEmployee Relations and Engagement : Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. - Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the agency. - Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events. - Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and morale. HR Administration : Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Handle HR-related documentation, including contracts and letters. - Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and communication. - Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping. Compliance and Policy Implementation : Ensure the agency's compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Monitor policy adherence and recommend improvements. Training and Development : Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs. - Support career development initiatives. - Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness. Performance Management : Assist in the performance appraisal process. - Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives. - Provide guidance on performance improvement plans. HR Projects : Participate in HR projects such as talent management initiatives and diversity and inclusion programs. - Compile and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making.
