We're hiring a Transformation Manager to lead the setup of a new HR Shared Services function in KL. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll :
- Drive the full transformation journey-from strategy to execution
- Standardize HR processes (hire to retire, payroll, benefits, data management)
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance & vendors to align systems and tools
- Build and lead a high-performing HR Shared Services team
- Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global HR standards
The Successful Applicant
You're someone who thrives in building from scratch and influencing change. Ideally, you bring :
8+ years in HR, with 3+ years in HR transformation and HR shared services setupStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skillsBackground in Compensation & Benefits or a strong analytical skillset to support data-driven decision-making and process optimizationExperience with SAP, Workday, or OracleA collaborative mindset and ability to lead in a matrixed environmentBonus if you've worked in regional / global HR operations or have Lean / Six Sigma exposure.What's on Offer
