Senior Legal Associate

We are looking for lawyer(s) with at least 3 years to 5 years of experience in conveyancing practice to join our firm. Selected candidate(s) will be exposed to as wide a range of work as possible in real estate transactions including projects development. This is a great opportunity for an associate who has developed a strong foundation in conveyancing practice with aims to grow as a leader and to handle files and / or projects effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in conveyancing practice and procedure
• To handle and monitor related project and / or sub‑sale conveyancing and lean matters
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Great organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, follow‑up, meet deadlines, systematic and able to work independently as well as part of the team
• Great leadership, teamwork, problem‑solving skills, confidence, honest, respectful
• Great communication (written and verbal) interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, goal‑oriented, willing to learn
• Full‑time position(s)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
