What you’ll do

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Support FP&A Lead with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Build and maintain financial models, perform scenario analyses, and assist with management reports for executive leadership.
• Business Partnering & Cross‑functional Collaboration : Assist the budgeting process for the front office by collaborating closely with the Business Analysts and business stakeholders to optimise spendings and improve ROI.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to monitor performance versus KPIs and address their financial needs.
• Provide financial insights to help shape business strategies as Bitget grows.
• Management Reporting & Data Management : Prepare and present financial dashboards, board materials, and analytical reports.
• Assist with finance data management, including collection, consolidation, validation, and ensuring data integrity across financial systems and reports.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting systems, metrics, and financial processes.
• Ad‑hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects : Conduct financial analysis on new products, revenue streams, and partnership opportunities, including ROI, user growth modeling, and margin analysis.
• Support board decks, investment evaluations and other strategic initiatives as required.
