Responsibilities

• Assist with the job infrastructure and the salary ranges maintenance : update salary bands, prepare compensation benchmarking and market analysis under guidance. Support HR Business Partners in job evaluations and benchmarking.
• Support the annual compensation processes, including goal setting, performance review, merit & bonus cycle.
• Assist with compensation and benefits survey submissions : gather job data and submit to market survey vendors.
• Monitor local and global total rewards market trends and regulations, including pay equity laws, pay transparency requirements, and internal company policies.
• Support the review of benefits, wellness, and recognition programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data to prepare salary-related analyses, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on total rewards topics.
• Partner with HRIT and local HR teams to ensure accurate data management and processing. Perform data analysis and clean-ups.
• Assist with developing communication and training materials for global rewards programs.
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team members on global HR projects. Participate in other cross-regional projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
