Able to handle full set accounts including AR and / or AP functions, monitoring outstanding collections, liaising with customers / vendors to resolve any issues.
Adequate understanding of e-invoicing to perform and check e-invoices submissions.
Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Prepare monthly reports and listings as well as intercompany reconciliations.
Assist in preparing, providing required documents and addressing any audit, tax or authorities’ inquiries.
Participate and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements :

Minimum degree or equivalent with at least 3‑5 years working experience in a similar capacity.

Intermediate skills in MS Office and familiar with ERP system.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
