Job descriptionResponsible for prompt engineering and LLM workflow for payroll system Design high‑quality system, role, and multi‑step prompts tailored for HR / payroll use cases Evaluate, test, and refine prompts to improve accuracy and consistency Build knowledge hub and maintain knowledge bases (indexing, chunking, metadata design) Share best practices, innovate and collaborate with engineering on AI feature integration Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field 3+ years in SaaS development with hands‑on AI / chatbot deployment Proven track record of Python and Typescript programming Strong foundation in algorithms, OOP, and API design Experience with Azure OpenAI or other cloud LLM platforms Excellent verbal and written English. Foreign language will be advantageous
