Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the Malaysian and Taiwan markets. The ideal candidate is results‑oriented, skilled in technical sales, and eager to contribute to the company’s international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development and project follow‑up in Malaysia and Taiwan, managing the full sales process including client engagement, negotiation, signing, payment, and after‑sales service.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to improve repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve performance targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide professional support.
- Participate in brand promotion and industry networking to enhance the company’s market presence.
- Promote and sell company products or services : recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Report to the Sales Manager : regularly discuss work progress, client feedback, and sales strategies with the Sales Manager.
Requirements
At least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in overseas building materials or construction project sales preferred.Strong negotiation and project execution skills.Proficiency in Mandarin is required due to regular communication with HQ and Mandarin speaking clients; proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is also necessary.Excellent communication and market development abilities.Willingness to travel and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.What We Offer
