Job Description Responsibilities : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and social media (especially TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify channels). Handle order-related issues including shipping updates, refunds, returns, and exchanges. Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Monitor platform performance metrics and help improve store ratings by delivering excellent service. Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
