Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and making a real impact on the shop floor? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager, Continuous Improvement to help shape the future of our plant operations through the Kellogg Work System (KWS).

In this exciting role, you’ll be a key change agent, working closely with our Plant's Continuous Improvement Manager to unlock performance, enhance efficiency, and build a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll empower teams by developing their problem-solving capabilities, applying world-class tools and methodologies, and leading initiatives that deliver sustainable results.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Strong knowledge with Continuous improvement tools and employs lean methodology to support the annual strategy development
Ability to engage teams and upper management and be a face of the company at each department
Experienced with Leader Standard Work behavior activities
Ability to handle a variety of tasks to work with plant leaders and the facility manufacturing team to execute existing processes.
Conducts regular assessments against the KWS phase progression criteria with the CIPO team, identifies gaps and puts actions in place to close the gaps

We're Looking for Someone With

A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or a related field with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent with experience in influence management, coaching across all levels, and motivating teams to drive results

Skilled in root cause analysis, Kaizen, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma. SAP experience is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to work across functions and align stakeholders under pressure and tight timelines

Ability to understand and meet both internal and external business needs, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and deliver clear direction and focus
