Technical Assistant
Position at ELSA ENERGY, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to the team or department.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems for project or operational documentation.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely communication and support.
- Track and follow up on job requests, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
- Support the preparation and submission of project or service-related documentation.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, and preparation of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education : Diploma in Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support or service environment.Experience in order handling and invoicing processes.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Note : Only those applicants who meet the above criteria will be contacted as part of the shortlisting process.
