Role Description
The candidate should have :
- Installation & maintenance of company’s computer software and hardware / facilities;
- PC setup, installation, testing and troubleshooting;
- Support for production PC issues, failures etc.;
- Basic network setup and troubleshooting;
- Receive issues, update tickets accordingly to SOP, prioritize ticket resolution within SLA;
- Perform troubleshooting on PC hardware issues, network failure, proficient in command prompt;
Job Requirements
Note : Must be ready to work on rational shifts and rotational days 24 / 7.
