Junior Executive - Key Account Management (Accessories)

We are seeking a results-driven  Key Account Executive – Accessories  to manage and grow strategic retailer and distributor relationships from our Kuala Lumpur office.

You will own day-to-day account management, drive commercial performance, and partner cross-functionally to execute brand-building activations that increase sales and market share in the beauty category.

Responsibilities : Onboard and build relationships with new brands and suppliers by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA Monitor and drive the growth of the brands : create and execute a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities both for ZALORA and the Brand with accurate forecasting and internal performance tracking Leading the initial commercial performance of the account via rigorous commercial management and strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management / resolution skills Co-create brand strategic direction, to test initiatives and learn quickly in order to continuously grow the accounts and the category Liaise with brands and suppliers on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers' promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar Work with the brands / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience Constantly review brands catalog and assortment to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer journey Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands performance Requirements : 1-2 years of work experience Excellent English skills required Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field Exposure in e-commerce and luxury industry is preferred Great negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge effective cross-functional team relationships and confidently interact with senior stakeholders internally and externally to deliver business outcomes Willingness to work in a multicultural environment Robust marketing & commercial understanding, with innate numerical and analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset to flex the needs of the role as the category develops Advance working knowledge of Excel, Tableau is preferred The ZALORA Story ZALORA is Asia’s Online Fashion Destination.
