The Platform Quality & Experience team at Grab is composed of passionate individuals dedicated to maintaining and improving the user experience on our platform. This dynamic group is central to our operations, ensuring each interaction is smooth and consistent. We rely on insights from user behavior and data analysis to foster a positive experience for everyone involved with Grab, from drivers and delivery partners to merchant-partners and consumers. As a team member, you'll collaborate across teams and contribute to the strategic enhancement of the platform's quality and experience.

You will report to the Manager, Platform Quality & Experience, and work onsite.

The Role

The Platform Quality & Experience team is committed to ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role involves analyzing the user journey, driving project rollouts, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve platform quality and user satisfaction over both the short and long term.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Analyze the user journey and gather real-time, on-ground feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead project rollouts across teams, ensuring quality standards are met and user experience is enhanced.
  • Plan, envision, and execute initiatives that improve platform quality and user experience strategically.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, or Consulting is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to interpret data, identify process gaps, and develop strategic improvement plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
