As a Senior Specialist - Pricing & Product at Continental Tyre PJ (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and pricing. This full‑time position, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is responsible for driving the strategic development and optimisation of Continental's product portfolio and pricing models.

What you’ll be doing

• Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing and product strategies
• Developing and implementing effective pricing models and strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for new product development and line extensions
• Monitoring product performance and making recommendations for adjustments to pricing, product features, or positioning
• Providing strategic guidance and support to the and marketing teams on pricing and product‑related matters
• Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Continental’s products and pricing remain aligned with market demands
