About the Job

• Prepare performance reports and presentation slides to Senior Management Team for periodic business review.
• Support regional agency sales team in terms of coordination of nationwide / regional contest and reports.
• Execute performance analytics and planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.
• Identify the challenges and support required by the assigned agencies to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
• Organise ad-hoc events or special activities to boost up agency performance in term of production and recruitment.
• Consistently review agency performance in Sales & Recruitment to identify the need for revision on project's action plan to achieve business goals.
• Organise meetings with project leaders and work stream members and manage progress development on each project.
• Actively follow up with work stream members to identify challenges in project implementation and work on developing solutions.
