We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Collections Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist in managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, ensuring that accounts are up-to-date and that collection processes are handled efficiently and professionally. This role supports North America time zone and working days.

This position is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) and will be in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Assist in monitoring and managing overdue accounts and follow on outstanding invoices. Work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or letter to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address account issues and provide excellent customer service.
