AIS Malaysia is seeking a QA / QC MEP who will be responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems meet project specifications and industry standards. This role involves reviewing construction drawings and technical submittals, developing QA / QC procedures, and conducting regular inspections to monitor compliance. The individual will coordinate with contractors and consultants on quality issues, prepare detailed inspection reports, and participate in testing and commissioning activities. Additionally, the QA / QC MEP will identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and verify MEP construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Develop and implement QA / QC procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs) for MEP systems.
• Monitor and inspect critical MEP installations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on quality-related issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain QA / QC documentation.
• Participate in testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify and report potential quality issues and propose corrective actions.
