Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a VRI Cantonese Medical Interpreter. The VRI Cantonese Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing real-time, accurate, and culturally sensitive medical interpretation services. Daily tasks include interpreting medical consultations, translating medical documents, and ensuring accurate and effective communication between healthcare providers and patients. The Interpreter will also engage in simultaneous interpretation when required and handle VRI calls using our dedicated call system. Responsibilities

Interpret medical consultations in real time between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Translate medical documents as needed. Ensure effective communication between healthcare providers and patients. Engage in simultaneous interpretation when required. Handle VRI calls using the dedicated call system. Qualifications

Skills in Medical Interpretation, Translation, and Interpreting Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Simultaneous Interpretation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage remote work tasks efficiently Previous experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial Seniority level
