Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency situations to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues , ensuring all systems operate safely and effectively.
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems , ensuring energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed, materials used, and inventory levels for effective reporting and planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards , promoting a safe working environment for staff and occupants.
- Support facility setups for company functions, tenant events, and space modifications , ensuring all logistical and technical needs are met.
- Coordinate and oversee third‑party contractors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in technical / facility management role in property management, preferably in commercial buildings.Proficient in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysi.Self‑motivated, able to work independently / team, positive and proactive.Possess own transport and willing to travel.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
